Handwheels and Handles

We provide a wide range of spoked handwheels, solid handwheels and crank handles from Elesa®. Handles can be fixed, retractable, revolving and fold-away (also available with a safety lock). Handwheels and handles are mostly assembled in a plain hole. Materials include glass-fiber reinforced polyamide based (PA) technopolymer, aluminum, stainless steel, steel, cast iron and phenolic-based duroplast.

Clamping Knobs

We offer star knobs, grip knobs, wing knobs, three-arm knobs and fluted grip knobs for use in different industries. Clamping knobs come in different shapes and sizes and can be installed either with a threaded screw or in a pass-through or blind hole. Materials include technopolymer, aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel, steel and phenolic-based duroplast. For star and grip knobs we also have a clean line with stainless steel inserts for specific hygiene requirements.

Clamping Levers and Tension Levers

Elesa®'s clamping and tension levers are designed for manual adjustment for fixing tasks and clamping applications. Adjustable handles transmit the tightening force from the handle to the threaded element. Lever handles are designed to quickly clamp and release under safe conditions and are available in both small and large dimensions. Materials: technopolymer, stainless steel, steel, cast iron and die-cast zinc alloy available in various colors, finishes and sizes.

Handles

Additionally, the product range also includes hinges in SUPER-Technopolymer or stainless steel, offering high protection against corrosion. Other materials include: technopolymer, aluminum and zinc die-cast alloy.
