The ecosyn® IMX combines the advantages of a thread-forming screw with a stainless steel screw. Made from martensitic, quenched, and tempered stainless steel, ecosyn® IMX screws are designed especially for direct assembly into corrosion resistant thin sheet metal (such as INOX A2 etc.). They can also be assembled into any plastically deformable material with a maximum hardness range from 135 HV to 250 HV.

Simplify your manufacturing processes, increase the level of connection reliability, and ensure corrosion resistance with our ecosyn® IMX.

ecosyn® IMX Benefits

Benefits

Anti-Corrosion

ecosyn® IMX stainless steel screws provide high corrosion resistance.

Benefits

The Corrosion resistance is comparable to INOX A2.

Benefits

Performance

High load-bearing capacity and resistance against vibration loosening.

Benefits

Optimize your fastening connection with a premium multifunctional screw.

Benefits

No Thread Cutting

Save time and work steps with a self-tapping screw.

Benefits

Enjoy a leaner production and cost savings downstream.

Benefits
