FASTEKS® FBR Blind Rivets Product Overview
Standard Blind Rivets (Open End)

Standard blind rivets are an economical fastening solution with a wide range of applications.
- Head styles: dome head, countersunk head, large head
- Material body: aluminum, stainless steel A2 and A4, copper
- Material mandrel: steel, stainless steel A2 and A4
Multigrip Rivets

With a large grip range, the Multigrip rivet has a greater clamping area, which can replace up to three standard rivets. The break stem can be enclosed in the body firmly and securely. They are very practical compensation for wider hole tolerances.
- Head style: dome head, countersunk head, large head
- Material body: aluminum, steel, stainless steel A2
- Material mandrel: steel, stainless steel A2
Closed End Rivets

Closed-end rivets offer air-, water-, and dust-tight fastenings. The breakstem is captive.
- Head style: dome head, countersunk head, large head
- Material body: aluminum, steel, stainless steel A2, copper
- Material mandrel: steel, stainless steel C1 and A2, aluminum
Peel Rivets

The blind side of a peel rivet is divided into four parts which deform and bite into the mating surface. This brings a larger seating area and high clamping strength ideal for installation into soft and porous components such as wood, hard fiber, and plasterboard. They also compensate well for drilled hole tolerance.
- Head style: dome head
- Material body: aluminum
- Material mandrel: steel
Grooved Rivets

Used in blind holes, the grooved rivet body can work itself perfectly into the mating material and offers a reliable riveting result in soft metallic and non-metallic materials.
- Head style: dome head
- Material body: aluminum
- Material mandrel: steel
F-Bulb/F-Nox Rivets

These two types of FASTEKS® FBR blind rivets have firmly secured breakstems which strongly resist vibration, as well as a large closing head to provide a large bearing surface. Waterproof and corrosion-resistant (F-Nox), these are ideal for the marine industry.
- Head style: dome head
- Material (body and mandrel): steel, stainless steel A2
F-Lock Rivets

Another mechanical locking rivet is designed to lock in the rivet body when the breakstem snaps flush on the rivet head. Therefore, it can achieve very high resistance to vibration, as well as high shear and tensile strength, with a large clamping area.
- Head style: dome head, countersunk head
- Material (body and mandrel) : aluminum/aluminum, steel/steel
F-Bolt Rivet

FASTEKS® FBR F-Bolt rivets use the same design principle for mechanical locking as F-Lock, but F-Bolt’s locking can be confirmed visually from the head side. The F-Bolt has very high vibration resistance, high shear and tensile strength, and a large clamping area.
- Head: dome head, countersunk head
- Material (body and mandrel): steel/steel, stainless steel A2/stainless steel A2
F-Hem Rivet

With a closed head and a large bearing surface, F-Hem rivets are suitable for thin sheet metal. They can also compensate for a wide drilled hole tolerance. The flush riveting mandrel offers very high shear strength and tensile strength. The locked breakstem brings very high vibration resistance.
- Head style: dome head
- Material (body and mandrel): steel/steel, stainless steel A2/stainless steel A2
