Rivet Technology

Tubtara® Blind Rivet Nuts

Tubtara® blind rivet nuts are ideal for use in hard-to-reach areas, as they can be installed from one side.  They provide a robust and durable fastening connection for various materials and applications.

Tubtara® blind rivet nuts are available in three head shapes (flat head, countersunk head, and small countersunk head) and three shank shapes (round shank, knurled shank, and hexagonal shank), as well as open and closed versions.  They create a resilient thread, especially on thin components and hollow profiles, while the pronounced rivet bulge guarantees high pull-out strength.

In case no standard solution is available, Tubtara® can design and produce special blind rivet nuts to fit your application (e.g. multigrip rivet nuts, big head rivet nuts, extra-long rivet nuts, etc.).

Tubtara® Open-End Rivet Nuts

Tubtara® open-end rivet nuts are used to bring a strong, reliable thread into thin or thick metal plates/profiles, composites, or plastics where thread forming is not possible because the material is either too thin/weak/brittle or too hard for thread forming. Open-end rivet nuts from Tubtara® can also be used for on-site repair and maintenance work.

Tubtara® Closed-End Rivet Nuts

Tubtara®closed-end rivet nuts are used to bring a strong and reliable thread into thin or thick metal plates/profiles, composites, or plastics where thread forming is not possible because the material is either too thin/weak/brittle or too hard for thread forming. The huge benefit of closed-end rivet nuts is that they can ensure water-/gas-tightness up to IP67 and IP68.
