Spiralock^® is a self-locking female thread form with a unique 30° wedge ramp at the root of the thread. This unidirectional locking feature is compatible with standard 60° male thread fasteners.

For more than three decades, various industries have been relying on Spiralock® when critical and highly stressed threaded connections are required. Spiralock® offers a broad line of products for a wide range of applications, including fasteners, cutting tools, and thread gauges.

Hexagon Flange Nuts – Metric

Standard Spiralock® nuts are strength class 10 and compatible with 4g, 6g, and MJ class standards. They conform to IFI standards in their sizes. The standard coating is clear zinc chromate. Other nut types, coatings, and materials are available upon request.

Hexagon Flange Nuts – Inch

Standard Spiralock® nuts conform to SAE Grade 8 and are compatible with 2A, 3A, and UNJ Class standards. They conform in size to IFI standards. The standard coating is clear zinc chromate. Other nut types, coatings, and materials are available upon request.
