TRISERT^® self-tapping threaded inserts guarantee a clean, chip-free inner thread. A unique advantage of the thread inserts without heads is that they can be used on both sides.

TRISERT-3^® self-tapping threaded inserts fulfill the most demanding requirements, making them ideal for medical and life science applications or the marine or food industries.

• Material: steel, stainless steel 303 comparable with 1.4305, and stainless steel 316 comparable with 1.4401 

FOAMSERT^® threaded inserts are special self-cutting inserts for use in pre-drilled holes in foams and wood.  

• Thread sizes: M2, M2.5, M3, M3.5, M4, M5, M6, and M8

• Material: brass  

MULTISERT^® threaded inserts are particularly well-suited for thermoplastic materials. They come with internal threads and a patented barb form, which ensures high pull-out performance.   

• Thread sizes: M1.6, M2, M2.5, M3, M3.5, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, and M12  
• Model: with and without head  
• Installation: press-fitting, ultrasound embedding, or heat insertion (local melting of the plastic) 
• Material: brass     

MICROBARB^® threaded inserts are a subgroup of the MULTISERT^® inserts, with the same features but a shorter overall length. They are ideal for use in thin-walled materials.  

• Thread sizes: M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, and M10

• Installation: press-fitting  
• Material: brass  

HIMOULD^® threaded inserts made from brass are used in molded and cast components. Thanks to the thin walls, the HIMOULD^® can be inserted directly into injection molds and overmolded. These inserts are extremely versatile and can be used for thermoplastic and thermoset molded parts.
